The purpose of reaching your limit is to know where to set the bar. Far to many people aim to low simply because they're not aware of their own personal LIMIT. In order to be limitless one has to reach this point. In order to be unstoppable one as to be stopped. In this way we can set realistic goals and be able to measure "true" progress. Not some fantasy in our minds of how well we believe we are doing at something. instead we should only seek the cold hard facts. From this place we can draw the mental toughness necessary to excel beyond any point we ever thought possible for ourselves.
Reality is a strange thing. Strange because it doesn't care what we think or how we feel. It simply "is what it is". Its not our ability to change reality but to change how our mind, body, and spirit interprets it. So set your mind and body to a place that is all accepting and able to deal with all that is around you. Face the challenge head on. Focus on the experience not the pain. Focus on the lesson not the assignment. What am I here to learn? What deeper meaning lies beyond this "point" from which I believe I can't go on. The only way to find out is to survive through the ordeal. Once you transition to the other side of your challenge it doesn't quite look the same. It's now "Past tense" not "intense" It loses it'S intimidating power. In fact you will become bored thinking about it because you now have your eyes set on new horizons and greener pastures. Your focus will now be "whats next". This is how you become "LIMITLESS". repeat this process of breaking the ceiling over and over in order to journey further towards your purPose. every challenge Is simply a floor or level in an immense building of opportunity. In order to get to the next level you will sacrifice, sweat, scream, cry if necessary. What we learn is that no challenge or life experience is separate. Your workouts, your family, your faith, your morals, your health, your dreams. there's no difference between a tough day at the gym or a tough day at the office. Challenge is challenge and life is life. This understanding is critical to becoming "LIMITLESS" because it allows you to zero in and focus on exactly what factors are affecting your progress. It lets you draw a line around your so called "Problems" and address them as a collective.
You Must begin to View all your "problems" aND challenges as one. From there you can Simplify the process, put you head down, and "dig in". Put in the work and sweat and sacrifice necessary. In this way you can truly see your progress and Measure your results. Half the battle of overcoming something is knowing you can make a dent in the problem no
matter how enormous and intimidating it may seem. Without this your drive would be inconsistent. This is how excuses are born: " Whats the point?" "I don't have a chance!" "this is to hard!" "this isn't fair!". By organizing and grouping our adversaries we can knock them down one by one. Clean house and don't allow things to remain unaddressed. Face each issue head on just as you would in a set at the gym. Each step forward will make you better able to handle the strain and struggle necessary to move forward.
The purpose of all of this is to allow you to grow stronger than the "collective". Imagine each of your challenges as huge skyscrapers that tower over you. Buildings so high they almost seem to have no end. How will you over come these giants in your life? You have to grow in size, Increase in belief, Build in strength, Develop your "LIMITLESS" focus, and group these problems as a single threat that stands in the way of your true greatness and purpose. Become a giant! crush buildings!
